So had my second appointment at the headache clinic. She upped the Topomax. Now I'm at 100mg. It seems to be good now. I'm down to maybe 3 migraines a month which is amazing compared to what it used to be. Headaches are down to maybe 3 a week which is great as well.
I also ordered some Butterbur, a natural herb that has been studied to help with migraines. A lot of people and clinics/doctors have sworn by it so I thought I might give it a try.
Most of my family members still don't seem to believe that I have these medical problems. Which does wonders for my depression (sarcasm). My depression has been getting worse but I believe that has to do with the constant harassment from loved ones that I'm apparently not trying hard enough to find a job or doing enough things with my life.
